Lowell Kitchen – skylight
Formerly a bank – now condos
Problem:
- Converted former bank offices on 2nd and 3rd floors to luxury condos.
Solution:
- Two condos on 3rd floor have massive commercial skylights.
- Designed the kitchen to be located under skylights.
- Used mixed finishes on the cabinets to appeal to the millennials
- Incorporated island or peninsulas.
